ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อ วันที่ 7 สิงหาคม พ.ศ.2518 ตั้งอยู่ที่ 36/1 ซอยสะพานคู่ ถนนพระราม 4 กรุงเทพฯ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้
 ค้นคว้า วิจัย ส่งเสริม และเผยแพร่ความรู้ทางคณิตศาสตร์ประกันภัย และวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เจริญก้าวหน้า |
